If there are any issues with the logistics of your order, please send the order number to our customer service email [email protected] and we will contact you immediately. We will promptly check the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a re-delivery or refund for you - your satisfaction is our top priority!
Our warehouse and logistics partners do not operate on major public holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, local national holidays). Orders placed on or around public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Delivery times will be extended accordingly, so we recommend placing orders in advance if you need them by a specific date. - International orders may take 10–18 business days, depending on the destination country/region and local customs processing.

- Most couriers will leave a "missed delivery" card with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect from a local depot.
- You can also authorize a trusted adult to sign on your behalf by adding their name in the "Delivery Notes" section at checkout.
