Order Processing
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after placement. Generally, you can expect to receive your package within 10-18 business days after dispatch. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During peak shopping seasons or promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in order processing; we will notify you via email if the delay exceeds 7 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address immediately. Please check your inbox regularly, including the spam/junk folder, and add our official email to your trusted list to ensure you receive the notification promptly.
You can track the real-time status of your order by visiting 17track.net and entering your tracking number. Please be advised that tracking information may take 3-7 business days to update on the platform after the order is dispatched, which is a normal logistics industry practice.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order or modify the delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can accommodate such requests free of charge only if the order has not been processed or dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order, modify the address, or process refunds related to shipping changes.
Customs and Clearance Services
To provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services for the following countries/regions. Under DDP terms, all customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are pre-paid by OioVape, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery:
- European Union: Shipped via DHL Express / DPD Express
- United Kingdom: Shipped via DPD Express (with CE certification compliance)
- United States: Shipped via UPS (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and restricted states/cities as per PACT Act)
- Canada: Shipped via UPS Express (compliant with Health Canada regulations)
- Australia: Shipped via Australia Post (subject to local vaping product regulations)
Please note that DDP services are not available in all regions. For countries with strict customs policies on vaping products (such as Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, and certain Southeast Asian countries), DDP services may be unavailable. In such cases, additional customs fees ranging from 10 to 80 EUR may be incurred, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions & Compliance
In compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and local regulations, we do not ship vaping products to the following U.S. states/cities:
- States with full bans: Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont
- States with flavored product bans: California, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Washington D.C. (only tobacco-flavored and unflavored products are allowed)
- Special restrictions: New York (no e-liquid shipments), Maryland (no disposable vape shipments)
Age verification is mandatory before checkout, and all orders require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.
Additional Information
If your order is refused, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect address information, failure to complete age verification, or non-compliance with local regulations, OioVape reserves the right to charge relevant fees (including return shipping costs and handling fees). We strongly recommend verifying all delivery details and local vaping regulations at checkout to avoid unnecessary issues.
For remote areas (e.g., rural regions outside major cities), additional shipping fees may apply, and delivery times may be extended by 3-5 business days. While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, unavoidable delays may occur due to local logistics conditions, and we will keep you informed of any significant delays.
